Dedication, diligence and compassion are the keys to how Arthur R. Baxter, Jr. works with each of his clients.
Mr. Baxter realizes that when he is acting as legal representative for a client that has been harmed by an at fault person in a serious injury case, the injured client very well may be going through one of the most traumatic experiences life can bring. Mr. Baxter is experienced in construction site accidents and other work-related injuries, including workers compensation.
Mr. Baxter offers the same commitment to competence for his business clients in the complicated areas of business litigation and corporate law issues. Mr. Baxter advises small to medium size business in all areas of formation, contract negotiation, employee relations, covenants not to compete, business disputes. Mr. Baxter has helped many business owners sell or buy their businesses.
Mr. Baxter has argued before the Indiana Court of Appeals and has appeared before the Indiana Supreme Court. He received his law degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1986.
